Ban Chong Bemban Kedai Kopi & Minuman
How to get there?
Let's say we begin from Malacca City. Use the Lebuh AMJ, and upon seeing the Petronas Semabok next to the KFC Petronas Semabok, slow down to turn left at the T-junction onto Jalan Bukit Katil-Duyong. Continue the journey by driving through Jalan Duyong and Jalan Ayer Molek-Jasin.
I was there when Adly Zahari visited Ban Chong Kedai Kopi & Minuman on 12 April 2019.
What do you see?
Me holding the mobile phone? Or what is on the mirror?
On Wednesday 13 April 2022, I visited Ban Chong Bemban Kedai Kopi & Miniman again. This time, we tried the chicken rice together, Ho Siong, Yew Chai, and Ah Choon, the chicken rice seller who has a stall at Hilir Garden Ice Cafe, Ujong Pasir, Melaka.
Four of us keep trying chicken rice by other shops in Melaka. For the first time, Ah Choon, a chicken rice seller commented that Ban Chong chicken rice is compatible with his.
I agreed with Ah Choon but I made Ah Choon understand that his chilly sauce is so far the best.
