Ground Breaking Wangkang Monument Melaka Gateway

Image
Dato' Ronald Gan and Datin were studying the poles established by a quantity surveyor. I arrived 5 minutes before 10:00 a.m. and parked beside his white-color car. Before I could bring down my video shooting equipment and tools, Kam Foo has pulled up on the other side of Dato's car. Kam Foo immediately walked to see Dato' and both of them measured the length between some points with a measuring tape. I managed to shoot one or two clips of those scenes. Then, comes Jack Sor and Yew Chai. While Yew Chai closes up with Dato' the location for the ground-breaking is pinned.  Jack Sor set up the necessary prayers items for the ground-breaking blessing. Les Green, New VP Marketing @ Teespring

Image
Really nice to have Les Green running the marketing for Teespring and Green reckons that commerce is going to from social media (Listen 1:27) With at least half of Malaysians buying products after social media discovery, I absolutely agrees with Green. YouTube is the top social media platform in Malaysia and out of the 32.25 million Malaysians, 24 million use social media on their mobile devices. mCommerce is here to stay and social media has quickly become one of the most important factors in a purchasing decision. mCommerce is growing rapidly in Malaysia as the number of mobile subscriptions overtake the total number of populations. It's a great opportunity to sign up with Teespring on Tuesday 8 September 2020. ( Stores ) The future is video. Congratulations Teespring.

Road beautification has reached Jalan Temengong

Image
Right where I was standing is a plot of land where there where old wooden houses. It wasn't developed for a long time until a hotel is built here years ago. The name of the hotel is The Sterling. The location where I was standing has several car parking lots. When all other state-owned parking lots are fully taken up, you can park your car here. Last week I noted the road beautification limits has reached here. The road bricks not only beautify the road but also the shops and buildings around the area. It is hope that the road beautification this stretch of road until the Gurdwara Sahib building. Surely, good results from this road beautification works will comes.
